Welcome to our e-shop! The following steps will help you shop easily and quickly. We recommend all customers to register to gain access to order history, invoices, personal data modification, and to enjoy discounts on the first purchase and special offers for registered users.

1. Product Selection

   • Browsing Products: Use our categories or search bar to find what you're looking for.
   • Product Details: Click on a product to view details, including descriptions, prices, and available variations.

2. Adding to Cart

   • Select Options: Choose the desired variant and quantity.
   • Add to Cart: After selection, click "Add to Cart".

3. Shopping Cart Review

   • Order Review: Click on the cart icon to view its contents.
   • Adjustments: Change quantities or remove items as needed.

4. Shipping and Payment

   • Choose a Carrier: Choose between Zásilkovna (Packeta) or PPL. For Zásilkovna, select a pickup point, for PPL, enter a delivery address.
   • Payment Method: You can pay cash on delivery (25 CZK fee) or by bank transfer (no fee).

5. Entering Information and Confirming the Order

   • Personal Details and Address: Fill in and check your details and billing address, then proceed by clicking "Order with obligation to pay".
   • Summary: For cash on delivery, an order summary is displayed, for bank transfer, payment details and a QR code for payment are shown.
   • Confirmation Email: After confirming the order, you will receive an email with details.

6. Tracking and Delivery

   • Shipment Tracking: You will receive a tracking code from the chosen carrier.
